Hmmm, interesting!

There were rumours years ago of Rossi going over to 4 wheeled racing, and he dabbled in a bit of rallying if memory serves correctly (although I don't follow him like a true fan would,,,,,cos I'm not! LOL)
But maybe it's time for him to go to 4 wheels while he still can, if it's not too late.

He probably would have if it weren't for money and his pulling power in Motogp. Like it or not, he's a drawcard, although that's going to drop off if current trends are accurate, and he'll become a (even bigger) joke.

Micky D is just worrying about the record books.
Maybe Ducati got the Homologation wrong and left the real bikes in the showrooms? Rossi would be better on a decent bike, Plus he is an old fella now and the injuries will take longer to heal.
Still the racing is much better to watch these days. In Mickeys day, I remember watching him at Donnington laping about two minutes faster than the pack.
