Should Headers Match Wheels?

So this winter I have a mod I am wanting to do and I want an opinion on this. I want to get my wheels machine polished. The other question is should the headers match the wheels. I have the option to ceramic coat the headers chrome or black. Should I do a matching set or just keep the black headers with machine polished wheels. Also it will match with the grill.

I like the black headers with the black wheels, but given the polished look of the radiator and the rims being polished, I'd probably polish the headers too. Just my opinion.

Just be prepared to be fastidious with your cleaning regime....

It's bloody hard work keeping it all looking super duper!

I think you should have the headers chromed to match the wheels ....and get an 07 front fender and paint it silver to match the Tank,and fairings... :rockon:

The 07 fender was re designed with a set of sporty ;ittle angular fins that would go better with the head light seat cowl and rad covers better IMO... heres one in carbon fiber.....and truth fully it would be a good thing to polish your wheels everyday,or at least give them a wipe down.....give you a chance to look your bike over to make sure everything is happy and holding hands together....

Thanks for all the input guys. I'm waiting for a callback on a quote. I'm looking so far for $200usd for both wheels. $125 for headers. Just waiting for a call back.

Either would look great, (although I'm slightly leaning toward black headers...but it's not my bike).
I think a silver or chromed front fender would look better, irregardless.
Either way - that is one sharp ride!
