ignition key slot question

I made a stop at a friends house on a ride last night and when i went to put the key back in to start the bike. The slot the key goes in was turned all the way to the 'on' position when it was actually in the lock position. about 5 minutes of playing with it i figured out it was the chrome cover moved. Anyone else have this problem?

It happens to me once in a while.

Happens to me alot, on the naked with the clutch cable directly above the slot, you have to manuver the key out and in and often moves the cover.

I re-routed the clutch cable so it's completely clear of the ignition. One of the best mods I (Mike.....) have done. And it was free :thumbup: - that's a first for me
