Nope, you'll need a dual-lowbeam headlight mod to make that happen.

The H4 bulb already has a low beam element.... you need to do the headlight mod to light it up.

the bulbs are two different sizes. you'd have to grind out a bigger hole in the reflector. and if you screw that up then you have to buy a new reflector, bake the HLA, open it up and replace the broken reflector and start all over.

if you want dual low beams the best thing to do is the dual headlight mod. there is already a low beam in the h4. you just have to hook it up to the switch. anything is possible. but the easiest and best solution is the dual headlight mod.

That's basically what I did, took an H4 spare bulb I had laying around, and walked into a NAPA store and had the counter help find me a socket with pins and wires attached to fit.

Once I had that part in hand, I followed the directions listed on this forum to find a 'good' wire to tap into for switched power. I personally used crimpable wire taps to grab the juice and route it where I wanted. tidied it up a bit, and tucked the OEM H4 socket into the side pocket, still wired up. If there's a need to return to the OEM wiring, all I have to do is remove the added socket, and tape over the crimped on splices.
