Sounds like it would be fun. We had such a great day at the mountain.
Dave's a great rider and I'll try to get some video up as quick as possible. Had the GoPro with us today but unfortunately because of the 170 degree lens it makes things appear much farther away. So I didn't get great video of Dave but you'll get the picture. I want to get another video cam that has a regular lens. Thanks again Dave for the pictures and fun riding.
Also for anyone who hasn't done this ride, if you can, steal a weekday to learn the course a little. It's also very crowded on the weekends with all kinds of knee down activity.

Okay here's a quick clip of nccoder and smokenu going up South Grade on Palomar. South Grade is called the "Tight Side" because it has small radius turns. There are 66 turns on this almost 7 mile grade up the mountain. Some of these turns have decreasing radius and can eat you.
We also rode East Grade today. This place is a lot off fun to ride...

Yeah, let's get some SoCal peeps together for some of the rides here. There are so many rides I haven't been on just north of here.

I want to get a different type camera so I can get better video of the rider in front. The GoPro is great for shooting the immediate area and close proximity but makes anything in front look much farther away.

Looks like you guys had fun! I'm new to riding but would like to join you guys for a leisurely ride sometime. I've gone to Julian a couple times and Otay Lakes once. I work during the week but would be down for a Saturday ride.

I really sure do miss san diego..... Maybe I should quit my job and pack up and move again!!! Hey I work Heating and AC, always work there.

You guys are so lucky to have P'mama right there! Otay lakes road is my fav probably, or sunshine, or going left onto 94 when you come to the stop sign after telegraph canyon road. well heck every road is good.

I was going to South Grade with my neighbors Ducati Monster today but decided to do Banner Grade instead. I was scrubbing in his new tires cuz my son is coming from back east and he's using the Monster. Fun bike. Got to push it a li'l today and still getting used to it. Tires are working and looking better now. Since it's not my bike I was apprehensive about scraping his pegs so decided to take it easy and try to find them on the next ride.

There's till room here in SD so c'mon!

It will probably be an early ride. I got my new, killer,Luckirishboy custom pegs and will install them first thing AM, then ride. Any one riding tomorrow can get a gander at these awesome pegs for our bikes.

In my previous post I said "Tomorrow" I meant Saturday. But I am ready for a ride today after I put my new footpegs on.
