What Bulbs To Use?

I have done the mod to make both headlights work for high and low beam, but i don't know what light bulbs i need to use. I would like to be able to get a xenon bulb. Does any one know which brand and bulb works the best?

I don't think they're xenon, but the Sylvania Silver Star Ultras are pretty amazing. Switched to them on my car and the difference was, forgive the pun, night and day.

It doesn't have to be xenon, i just mean a white like color, what type of bulb, do they both have to be a dual stage?

I'd take a look at the H4 and H7 bulbs from
PIAA
PIAA
ive got the H3's in my headlight unit and im extremely happy with the brightness of these bulbs, a little on the spendy side but worth it to me, i want to beable to see and be seen and these do the job quite nicely. Here take a look at the comparison i did with stock bulbs vs Piaa bulbs

I don't know which bulb you modded the headlight to take, but here's the website with the available products.

They've got a new product too, the ExtraVision. Haven't dealt with them, don't know much about 'em but they say they're brighter.

If you are wanting Xenon, you are going to have to do the HID conversion/mod. Here's a great write up by makanouchi....

although this would also be a good mod. the writeup was for projectors not just hids, you can do just hids you just get them with the correct bulb and most of them are plug and play.

Oh you didn't see the "r". Same excuse I got when I almost got hit on my bike a couple days ago. "Sorry, didn't see you." LOL

I got the bulbs, they look great. I used Visionx H4 and H7. Thank you for every ones help, I will post pictures on the "correct" form this time.
