I will be getting there on Thursday afternoon so where will I need to go to get together with the people there already? I am coming from Florida and I am going to follow map-quest as best as possible. The only thing that I am unsure is, ounce i get there i wouldn't know where to go. I know I have time but I want to get idea.

Cool, well let me know if it changes. I went ahead and took wednesday off work too. So either I'll spend it at the dragon if we get enough people going early or I'll just take it as an extra day to prep the bike.

Almost here, i am so looking forward to this weekend. As of now, how many people are coming, and who is paid for already. Sometime ago we were talking about getting another house. What is the final count, and who will be there on what day. I will be there on that Thursday afternoon. I don't know my way around at all, so i will be following the directions that you gave me ANT. Ounce there where will we meet or, I know there are people who will be coming on different days, where can we meet or is there a location that we can meet at different times for the different day's. I see that there have been people saying that friends or family members will be coming which is great, but i just want to see how big the group will be?

As of today we have 13 members that have paid, and we have reserved two houses. The address I gave you is the house we will be staying in Thursday night. As far as where and when to meet, that will come the week of as people finalize there plans. As of right now I'm not sure If I'm headed down Monday or Tuesday.

I am leaving SW Florida at midnight on that Thursday and map-quest say's me that it would be about 12-14 hours, so I will ride it iron but style and go straight through the night. Ounce we get closer to that week, I will give my cell number and also look to see who is going from around my area or some place close so we can ride together. As of now, I will be riding my bike up there, but i am looking at buying a truck, and if I find one i will buy a trailer so I can tow the bike up there. The other thing I am thinking about is, I have 15(-1) and 48(+2) sprockets and on the highway in 6th gear going 70-80 mph the Rpm's are around 8K, so i might just put the stock rear sprocket on so i don't have to worry about the bike screaming and being in the high Rpm's for that long ride up there. So with that said, I can't wait, i am really looking forward to this trip, I need to get out and go for a nice little vacation. With my dad dying 2 month's ago I need some time to get away.

I'll be on the road early that Friday morning leaving Chattanooga I'll post my route as it gets closer. Here's my pics from Deals Gap last friday. Dominic sorry about your Dad mine was only 62 when he past it's been awhile but I always think of him.

Thanks alot mike, he was going to be 65 next month. It's so hard to think about him. I am use to him being home when i get back from school and now he's not hear and my mom (yes i live with my parents because I went through a VERY BAD DIVORCE in July 07), so I came here to straighten things out and to help my mom with my dad then I got deathly sick for all of 07 and 08, so him not being here is weird. But, i missed last year and he told me if some thing happens to him..no matter what, go and have fun. So this is a trip that i am looking forward to.
