Bar end mirrors...what do you think?

Very slick, looks great, very similar in somne respects to the ones i just got, except they fold...great idea that.

I had bar-end mirrors on my previous bike. They do give you a great rear-view, but the problem with them (at least on that bike and I suspect on FZ6 also) is that they are well outside (wide and outside) of your normal field of view, especially with a full-face helmet. You have to move your head to see them. The stock bug-eye mirrors are within my field of view, and have finally adjusted to how to see behind me with them.

that's weird,of is exactly the other way round for me.is the main reason why I have tried the bar ends,and for the first time I can see right behind me without having to bend my arms in.

I'll take a picture of my bike later tonight to show what it looks like installed. very small and barely there, but convex, so the field of view is huge

I also have a set of these on my Ducati and I really don't know why I waited 2 years of using the stock worthless ones before I got them . I will never go back

Love them, even though I am not sure they would like the FZ's vibrations too much (at freeway speeds).

They are really good mirrors though, quality & engineering wise... you can`t see behind you too well compared to some other more OEM mirrors, but they do the job.

Took me a while to work out what you were on about...but Lol...that's pretty funny, caused me to crack up in the middle of a business call!!!!!:spank:

How did you mount that speedometer? I see it is in the fz6n housing. But how is the housing connected to the bike?
