Here's how I made installing the Rizoma bar end on the throttle side a little easier. The tricky thing is leaving a nice space so there is good clearance between the throttle grip and the bar end. With this method I was able to securely tighten the bar end and I have a nice even clearance between it and the throttle grip.

I hope this is helpful to someone.

Go to the hardware store and buy:
* One M6x45 hex head bolt (socket head would be nice but couldn't find one)
* 10 M10 washers
* One steel spacer, I don't remember the dimensions but it fits over the bolt and inside the washers

From the Rizoma parts I used the small bushing, the threaded expander, and one spacer.

1. Put the bolt through the bar end and the spacer over the bolt. The spacer helps center the washers.
2. Then put on some washers. I used 9.
3. Put the Rizoma spacer on the bolt, then the bushing, then the threaded expander.
4. Now you are ready to put the whole thing on the bike and tighten it up without worrying about hitting the end of the throttle tube or grip.
