Washington DC area riders - Run for the wall

DC area riders,

Anyone plan on meeting up with the guys doing the Run for the Wall this weekend (Sunday)? A buddy of mine and I are meeting up with a group of riders at Battley's in Gaithersburg/Rockville MD. Maryland Ducati,Yamaha, Harley-Davidson BMW Motorcycle ATV Dealer - Battley Cycles/Rockville Harley-Davidson - Gaithersburg, MD - Buell Ducati Yamaha Utility-vehicle Scooter Generator They are going to police escort everyone into the city (I think they shut down 495 and 66) If anyone wants to meet up and ride with us guys PM me or post up. I would guess a lot of people have already made plans for the holiday. Plus the amount of people actually at the memorials turns a lot of people off, myself included. I would rather pay my respects when it isn't a madhouse.

I'm not in the area yet. I'm not sure I'd do it just due to the shear numbers. At any rate, enjoy and happy holiday.

I would join you but I will be in NY for the weekend. Enjoy your day and ride.

I was actually hoping to that this year, but, my work decided to send me thousands miles away for the weekend. So, while many of you enjoying your long weekend around here, I will be working my behind off far from home.
