paint problem

hello i rode till the road ended View attachment 27567 and got my bike realy dirty, after that i was preparing to wash and i spoted this. the paint looks like its going to pop actually it did in a very small place... View attachment 27568
what can i do to stop this? i know its gonna expand more....ive seen it on my car

dont think you can stop it, it usually means the paint wasn't put on properly, either in a wet or dirty environment.
If they paint it while its even slightly moist the paint won't stick.
Another possibility is it got scratched and the scratched part started rusting.
Only option (I think) properly sand the area with real fine sanding paper, apply paint & the other stuff (translation issues the stuff that protects ur paint and makes it shine lol...)
