HVMP bar ends (HEAVY!) review

If you don't hear back by phone, try emailing them. Sue responded back to me right away. Looks like the website hasn't been completely updated. As far as I know, there's only one size for the FZ6 and it's 17.6 oz.

Count me in for a group buy as well, I drive ~100 miles a day and this kills my hands about 2/3 the way there.

Nice looking bar ends. I just purchased the 17.5 Oz. Manic Salamander Tapered Pounder bar end weights with throttle lock. It looks like the HVMPs are the best deal on heavyweight bar ends (cheaper than the Manic Salamander product by $20), but the M.S. is a fine product if you want a built in throttle lock ($125+$10 shipping). I'll post pics and a review once I have it installed.

"I think a group buy is doable. As it stands right now we could accommodate about 15 sets for the group buy, and looking at $70 shipped vs. 81.50 at full price with shipping. That's the lowest I can go since these are a lot more expensive to manufacture than our regular bar ends.

If you get the forum members to agree, then we can just have the interested parties PayPal us $70 with a note that says FZ6 group buy.
