How to check 2007 speedometers mileage, with only speedometer and speedo sub harness?

Hey, cleaning out my garage of old parts I never found a use for, and I'd like to sell my 2007 fz6 speedo. I have a 12v battery, the speedometer subharness(no main harness) and the speedometer. I'd like to know how many miles are on the speedo, could someone help me with what wires to connect for power? I wasn't able to make sense of the wiring diagram I found online, never have used one before.

Hi Guys, the milage is stored in the speedo on the 2007 FZ6. How do I know? I replaced the instrument cluster on my 2007 FZ6 with a second hand unit as the lcd display had become unreadable. After fitting the replacement cluster the odometer showed approximately 16,000 km which was the advertised milage of the unit I bought, the old cluster had about 93,000 km on the odometer.

I do not know how to power up the speedo without plugging it in to the bike wiring loom.
