So I started two days ago. Need some little black extras on the side but as for now...

It was my first serious wrap and there are some wrinkles and stuff. If I like the looks and have money I'll end up having my bike repainted in this way.

Still thinking about what to do with the lower fairings. But I think I'll leave them for now as they are.

Marcin, she's gorgeous! I am interested in how you did the 2-tone side pods. I have a roll of the 3M carbon fiber, and I am looking for a good way to apply it. I LOVE the way the sidepods look. Can you give me some details how you applied it to only the top of the sidepods?

I'd be happy to help but since English is not my first language... what are 'side pods'?

They are the things on the sides of the seats. View attachment 66914

The arrow says it all :)
It wasn't so bad to do. I just wrapped the top part leaving a bit of the vinyl sticking out, than carefully cut with a brand new knife the extra vinyl that was hanging freely so I got the shape of the pods. Finally used some heat gun to melt the vinyl a bit so it attached to the pods and that's it. If you're not sure why not just take a photo of the pod stright from above, print it to exact size and use the print as a template? It's what I did with the side tank decals - printed a photo from the Internet and resized it to fit and create a template for cutting.
