It worked! It took me about 8 times to finally get it running.
Before, I was afraid if i kept cranking it i would damage something.
Thank you... AGAIN! lol
My turn signals weren't working a few days ago, but the bike would still start. It was JUST a blown TAIL fuse. I did remove the headlight today. But now the bike is not starting! I am so frustrated right now.
What in the hell did I do?? :( :don'tknow:

I'm interested. I've already planned to once again go "faired" during the winter. I've already begun to get everything ready. But just to make sure I understand this correctly, it will be $225 for the kit + $65 for service? And all I'd have to do is mail you the headlight?
I'm always embarrassed when I have to ask questions like this:
Last night I had a few drinks, then decided I wanted to test something with my turn signals on my bike. :spank: I did the dumbest thing and managed to let the Blue and Black wires from the right turn signal to touch while the bike...
Thanks everyone. I really do appreciate all the responses. :D
About the FZ-09:
I have to admit that I had only viewed pictures of the bike when it was first revealed by Yamaha. I did not want to get caught up in any of the hype regarding this bike, so I avoided any threads, reviews, videos...
Thanks, Ecri. I may look more into the FZ1 too, but I didnt want to give up so much fuel economy. How much do you average? I know an FZ1 would probably be easier to acquire where I live. And I do miss my screen too, especially now that the temps are dropping.
Decisions decisions... :(
Well, recently I've been debating weather or not to get a new bike next year. I've been looking at a lot cruisers online, but it just seems to be too much chrome for me. Right now I'm back to drooling over the FZ8. It seems to have everything that I want, without being too powerful and heavy...
You can definitely find some cheaper stuff on craigslist. I bought all my gear BEFORE i got my FZ6. That way I wouldnt have to spend SO much money all at once when I eventually got a bike.
You can probably get some quick cash by selling your bike, then you'd have enough for gear. lol jk :BLAA:
So I just tested this, and my tire kept spinning! :spank: I made adjustments so it would stop once I pulled in the clutch. Hopefully this will fix the neutral problem.
About 2 weeks ago I got home from work, tried to put the bike in N so i can open my garage door (its an old door), but I couldnt, so I just flipped the kill switch. But since then, I've just been experimenting at stop lights to see how long before I begin to have trouble. Normally I do not go...
So for awhile now I have noticed that I have trouble finding neutral when coming to or at a stop.
I leave my bike in 1st gear when I shut it off. Once I turn it "on" in the morning and after work, I can shift into neutral very easy and with no problems. My first couple of stop-lights that I...
I purchased this jacket back in 2011 (before I purchased a bike), and believe it or not, tonight was the first time that I have worn it. Nothing wrong with it. It is pretty much still new.
This is a really nice jacket with a lot of protection.
I want to sell it for a couple of reasons: It has...
FWIW: I have my straps in the same position, and I have had mine mounted for over a year now. No problems so far. However, I do NOT go for long rides on my bike, but i still dont think it would be a problem. I installed LeoVince's a couple of months ago, and did not see any damage or wear to the...
