Sure are.. which technically makes it a moped.

Reminds me a lot of my first POS bike.. which was a 5hp 2-speed motorcycle:

I was just a little too young for the sports mopeds. By the time I got to 16 they had already neutered the whole sports moped stuff. I remember well walking past the "big boys" at school with their SS50s, FS1-Es and Steyr Daimler Puchs (with the JPS black and gold paint scheme).

O yes brings back happy memorys, I used to have one of these babys when I was 16 in faster blue and a mate had a ap50 which was a similar bike. :thumbup:
