I got my order from Twisted throttle, and on the box was a green sticker that stats......
ATTENTION! Prior to installation: Check the item number & description of ALL items to make sure they match what you orderd.
If the items in the box do not match your order:
DO NOT unwrap or attempt to install the items.
Call us IMMEDIATELY at 401-284-4200 to confirm whether the items are correct.
So my number on the box didn't correspond to the number on my order sheet, so I called them and they confirmed that the heated grips are the ones that I needed.
I'm pleased at this point about the grips, but not so happy about the barkbusters, she told me that they come from OZ and arrive in California, then shipped to them in RI, then shipped to me.
