TCP seat cowl install??

So i tracked down a used TCP seat cowl, but I believe it is missing some hardware. Im unfamiliar with how the seat cowl mounts, I dont think it has the 2 screws that are on the side, so I guess I am asking how does it mount? do the screws just squeeze the seat? or do they screw into a bracket or some other hardware? anyone with some install pics or an installation guide?

Im going to have to get crafty at the hardware store piecing together some parts, any suggestions would be much appreciated.

yes there is a bracket that comes from under the seat and turns up at 90 degrees thats about an inch and a half tall with a hole for the screw. same on the other side.
