Riding really does make me feel good even if it's a long day in the twisties and I'm pretty tired. Haven't had a decent ride in a while except some local jaunts.
 
Looking forward to a day when my doc can write a prescription:
"Take 200 km twice per weekend, sidefects may include helmet hair" :D
