New Buell Ulyssis for 8000!

I have liked these bikes since I have seen them some time ago. I wanted one before I bought the FZ6 but the eleven thou price tag said no. Now I see the Harley shop by where I live has the last few for 7999! The bad part is no one is making them anymore so no more new parts. I like the price, but what about new mods? Will Buell be forever out of production?

I was considering this bike after I totalled my 07. About a month after I purchased my 09 is when they went out of business and sold them on the cheap. If I would have known I would have probably have waited and have one myself right now. I don't think parts will really be that big of a deal. You look at some of the older bikes that were made 20 yrs ago and you can still get parts for them. So go for it.

Buell is gone for good, but per federal law HD is required to supply parts for them for at least 7 years.

The key to owning a Buell is finding a good shop to take care of you. Many HD shops don't have a clue. Being an HD engine based bike you'll have better luck vs. those of us who have Rotax motored bikes.
