Moto Droid

DriveSafe.ly, allows for incoming SMS to read out loud without accessing message apps (great when riding especially when I'm on call)
AutoAnswer, self explanatory, same reason as above
Car Home, accesses Nav, phone, voice search, contacts, music and maps
ICE, just in case something happens, I have two emergency contact numbers
Market, allows me to search for more, newer apps

I'm using Android on a HTC EVO

- ConnectBot - this is a ssh terminal client that allows me to secure shell into my servers at work. It has saved my ass quite a few times. I fixed an email server while sitting in a casino in Vegas.

- Paper Toss - A time-wasting game of tossing a paper wad into a trash can. Trick is that there is a fan blowing and you have to toss the paper at the correct angle to make it into the can.

- TapaTalk ($3) - A nice app to interact on the FZ6 Forum. Worth the $3!!

- DropBox - Allows you to grab files off of your DropBox cloud storage account.

- NagBot - Tells me when one of my servers is having problems. Interfaces with our Nagios monitoring system at work. Very helpful.

I gotta try Paper Toss, sounds interesting. I have Angry birds on my for my son, similar concept. You have to use "angry birds" as ammo for your slingshot (angles) to hit some pigs hiding under some covers.

Hardly use my phone for apps, I needed a new phone and this was good for the price

Only a couple of games, Angry Birds and Hungry Shark (part 1.. it's free).
Use the F1 Live Timing app.
Got the paid version of Tapatalk, haven't used it much though.
3D wallpapers.

Generally do some web browseing while on smoko breaks at work, safari works pretty well (to my suprise).

Unlimtones is an app for changing ringtones and text alerts. Also making them too.

Tlert allows me to reply to texts while in a program or on the lock screen.

Carrier and MIM allow me to change the top of the bar. Instead of AT&T it says Geoff and a percentage of battery.

My 3G allows me to download anysize app without connecting to wifi or computer. Also allows you to open up restricted programs that require wifi connection.

Rock and Cydia are the jailbreak store. They are like the app store but for the jailbreakers.
