Couldn't help but notice your volt meter is showing 12.1 volts RUNNING, is that correct?

Yes the voltmeter is faulty off by 1volt, i sticked my multitester directly to the battery im seeing 13v plus the same thing to my parklight socket as i have tapped my voltmeter there
