highway peg

I know it ain't pretty, but should be functional enough for the next long-ride with my brother. It'll feel good to stretch out the legs - before, I would sorta' rest them on top of the frame sliders, but this should be more workable - I can put my feet on, and _then_ stretch out and put my legs...
