fz6 exhaust

Hey guys...I made a thread a couple of weeks ago about the FAZR6 FE with a lowered bike(in the mods forum). I put the fender eliminator on and no problems so far. The clearance is 4" instead of the recomended 4.5". I hit some rough roads purposely trying to bottom it out and I think it is safe...

Im ordering a scorpion exhaust for my 05 fz6 and dose anyone no if the bike will run rough after it is on? will this hert the bike? the sales men was trying to sell me a plug in tuning kit. im dont need to get the most power out of it i just want to have it sound nice.:confused...
