i've been working on a gsxr front end for a little bit now (lost motivation shortly after starting) but all that should be needed is a new steering stem machined, i have r1 triple tree's and the steering stems are not the same diameter. for those looking to have a set of clamps machined...
the entire front end is off a 2007 gsxr 600 it wasnt to hard to fit.... i still need a steering stem machined or bushings made to press into the gsxr triples right now its the gsxr stock steering stem with the lower threads removed. it has the stock fz bearings in it it feels ok but tbh i wont...

most front end swaps are fairly straight foward (assuming you get the whole front end forks, triples, calipers, wheel, axle) the two things to be looked are length of the forks if they are a good bit shorter you will most likely have to lower the rearend to compensate.
the next thing to be...

look at the orange bike he has fork clamps near the top of light i would say try to do something like this
looks like the mount bracket attaches to the lower triple so you would either A) have to modify your lower triple or B) use some sort of clamp to attach the side brackets to your forks.... im sure there a few other options but without seeing the actual headlight its hard to say
