Mirrors are solid with no vibes...In hte picture I am using stock bar ends...I just moved the throttle switch housing in about 3/8" and then the mirrors mounted on the actual barends...not the bars....Again, this is an FZ1 not an FZ6...my brother had the same complaint with the FZ6 stock...

Just talked to Ivan....he is now in NY...he said you probably do not want to do that mod...FZ6 engine not as lean as the R1. He said you would probably see a slight improvment. I would call him before you go and do it. He also said that if there was anybody near him that didn't mind giving...

Try some Rizoma bars...they do lower you a bit and the sweep is less and a tad wider...My brother just put some red ones on his FZ6... Check out the pictures in this thread...these are the Rizoma bars on my FZ1..same ones my brother just put on....go to www.pjsparts.com...talk to Paige or PJ...

You should not have to modify anything....I saw a picture of a guy who had RED Rizoma bars like mine on his FZ6 on the FZ6 forum over at sportbikes.net and he said no issues with hitting the fairing or anything....the rizomas will put you in a more aggressive riding position and if you wanted it...

Me too..I have yet to get my knee down....with my upgraded suspension on my Fizzy...I rarely scrape pegs or even toe slider...it does not wallow in the tight stuff...she is tight:rockon::rockon::rockon:
