If you want to tap them for the stock bar ends, it takes a 16mm/1.5 tap. I can do it to the bars for a small charge.

The washers in the package are for just this issue - If you put them on the bolt between the bar and and the inserts, it keeps the bar end from contacting the throttle. There should be a tiny gap between the two with no friction.

Why only Goodrich or Galfer? The true test of the line (besides the cosmetic qualities mentioned) is the quality of the inner line. I know that there are better quality choices to be had.
