    A Kriega US-20 for longer trips and a US-10 for day trips. They've lasted years, never leaked, fit any bike and can be connected together to increase capacity.

    Another UK newbie, what year have I bought?

    The previous owner bought it from GW in Swindon however the owner quickly swapped it for an R6. :rolleyes: A lot of people have good things to say about GW although I had a bad experience with them and won't spend any more money with them ;)

    Restriction, break in period

    Another point to note, you're not only braking in the engine but also the gearbox and other mechanicals, also bedding in brakes, clutch, etc. hence a motorway route wouldn't be recomended. Far better to ride it back on backroads.

    Recomend a torque wrench

    I've been using the 1/2" Machine Mart job for a couple of years on various bikes, perfect for axle nuts. Axle nuts don't have to "extremely" accurate so a cheap job will do.

    Another UK newbie, what year have I bought?

    Hello all, Been lurking for a while and have learnt a lot from all your posts so thought I'd better say hello. :D Although my bike is a UK bike on an 07 plate, registered in march 07, obviously it's not an 07 model. Could it be an 06? Any info gratefully received. :)
