IMO I would rather just side stand the bike, get off it and walk to the pump and be off the bike, in the unlikely event that somthing happens, i like to have the option to run like a bat out of hell away from it. Also gives you a moment to stretch out your legs and such.

I'm new to the bike world and dont have a bike yet, but i know just as they stated before if im leaving to go anywhere i'll be wearing a full face helmet... its that one time that you think you'll be fine that you get hurt the worst. I did have the question about tinted visors and night time...

Personally my wife has 7 tattoo's when she's in uniform there all hidden, even in most everyday civilian clothes are hidden as well, but i think the ones she has look good. I dont think i like seeing women with like arm bands and such like that.. too malest. Only thing i told her was to slow...

Thanks for all the welcomes. I will for sure post pictures of my new bike when I get it. I didnt wanna go overboard with buying safety gear, but at the same time, I know taking a tumble is almost inevitable so I was thinking even with cruising should I go ahead and get left and arm armor?

Probably just cruising around, enjoying not being confined to a car. I want to eventually take it from where im stationed up to my home.. long haul.
