Can anyone tell me the exact OD or ID of the stock FZ6 exhaust pipe right before it connects to the stock muffler? My bike is in a garage a couple towns away and I am trying to find the answer without driving over with a measuring tape :)

I am new so forgive me if this is a noob question. My valvetrain seems to be really loud, is this normal for bikes? This is my first bike, but I've worked on cars all my life. Yes I know it's going to be loud because I'm riding on top of it and it's 3 ft. from my face with nothing in between...
