    Bike won't start

I have just read your suggestion. Actually, I have disconnected the horn because I want the bike extremely naked. I will do as you have suggested and report back.

    Bike won't start

The link is inserted into the socket and, I think, this ensures power is distributed to the outgoing wires.

    Bike won't start

It appears a lot of current gets drawn, causing the plastic the houses the wires to burn. There was a time when I opened the ignition key several times but the fuel never primed and the bike couldn't start. I started hitting the wires while opening and closing the ignition key. Any time I hit...

    Bike won't start

The wires are six. Each is black with green dot. One of them goes to the radiator fan, one to the fuel pump power socket, one to the the fuel pump level indicator, one to the kill switch. I did not finish checking on the remaining two. The picture I attached, I think, is like a link.

There is another issue. After boxing the engine the first time, there was a code that had to do with abnormal voltage supply to the FI system. I troubleshooted and found the problem to be the component attached .

    Bike won't start

Please, I wish to apologize for breaking off. I found myself in a situation that made it difficult to update you people. I'm really sorry. About the ticking noise, I opened the engine and found that the bearings of one of the connecting rods were damaged. It affected the journal slightly. I...

    Bike won't start

The noise is coming from the right side of the engine. I opened the side cover and found that the timing chain is loosed. It is, however, tight at the tensioner side but loosed at the opposite side. Find attached, a video of that.

    Bike won't start

In my earlier post, I remember I indicated the the bike's inability to start was preceded by a ticking noise. The ticking noise has not gone. Because of that, I think, the bike has lost power. If I opened the throttle more, the noise gets worse and the bike does not response in speed to the...

    Bike won't start

I'm sorry if I disregard information that could have helped solve the problem quickly but I don't remember any suggestion that the fuel passage within the pump housing could be dirty and should be checked. Absolutely!

    Bike won't start

I did inspect the filter and it was absolutely fine. The dirt I said was the culprit was not on the filter. It was inside the fuel passage in the pump housing, specifically between the pump housing discharge nozzle and intake nozzle. I need to let you get me clearly. The discharge nozzle of...

    Bike won't start

I have figured out the problem. The fuel pump housing was dirty. I carry out back bashing on it and some dirt came out. Now the bike starts. While the pump was inside the housing, I powered it and felt the discharge pressure with my finger. After that, I took it out of the housing and powered...

    Bike won't start

I h I have been using this bike for over eight years now. I have always done troubleshooting on my own. Based on the experience I have, I'm double sure the problem hasn't gotten to do with the battery.

    Bike won't start

I don't have a battery load tester. I'm sure none of the people where I'm who do electrical stuff does. But I can get a 12V car battery I'm sure has all the amperes needed to start the bike.
