    Ok I will decide what to do....in any case I can buy only the fuel pump itself(ebay link), I don't need anything else, right? For now I don't think I will disassemble anything. The motorbike is working fine... What could be the worst thing happening caused by an old/noisy fuel pump?

    HI, I opened the fuel tank cap and I could hear the noise coming definitely from the pump. I am not under warranty,I bought it from a private person but I went to yamaha dealers and they told me that it is not a very big problem. Until the pump does not brake it is not worth to change...
