Put a G2 Throttle Tamer on my 07 and it did exactly what the name would indicate... Simple throttle tube replacement that COMPLETELY changes how the bike rides. Whole swap took 10 minutes and was ~$80.
Here's my '08 currently. Almost done. Front signal brackets were the wrong size so waiting for new ones to arrive. Also have a seat cover and removable windscreen on their way.
My naked conversion is nearly complete! I think I hit a home run with this headlight... Thoughts /comments?

Painted the exhaust covers and the radiator covers yesterday.
After looking closer at the last picture, noticed the paint ran a bit on the radiator cover... Sanded it off and repainted, now looks smooth.
Headlight, signals, mirrors, sliders ordered and coming soon!
I rotate my Tender between two bikes and my wife's scooter. The wall-wart is positioned so I see the light when I walk out to my garage in the morning and remember to switch to the next bike. In the summer when I'm riding more, I just rotate between the Harley (rarely ridden) and the scooter.
Had some minor palpitations while cutting the factory electrical connectors, but the "bypass surgery" went smoothly and everything works on the very first shot. Used high quality solder and a liberal quantity of electrical tape.
Took photos of all the front end components and listed on...
"Drilled" the exhaust. Took about a dozen hits per side, less than 5 minutes total, and no metal shavings spewing out on startup. :-) Not for the faint hearted, you have to go after it a bit with the sledge. You'll feel a distinct pop/give after a few hits. Use the pliers to apply a twisting...
