    R6 Gauges on FZ6?

I believe the tach signal is derived via the ECU data line to the CPU in the instrument cluster. I've never seen a schematic showing a pick off from and ignition coil on the FZ6. The Crankshaft Position Sensor (CPS) signal is the likely source for RPM calculation. If you did use the coil signal...

Low beam not working, high beam / pass beam still working

Those connectors are a specific size and design for H4 and H7 lamps. Funny thing is I once needed a bunch of those and I ended up ordering them from a source in the UK. The fix that agf posted would probably be your best solution. Just match your bike color code to the position on the new plug...

Low beam not working, high beam / pass beam still working

Welcome to this great forum! Green is not the ground. Black is ground. Black with the yellow tracer is the high beam. Green is the low beam. Looking at the back of you plug, Left is ground or negative (black) Top center is low beam (Black w/green tracer) Right is high beam (black w/yellow...

    04 FZ6 No Crank

You should also check the lean angle sensor. I've seen one broken off it's mount and it wasn't in it's vertical position which prevented the bike from starting and running.

    No spark starter button stoped

Welcome to this great forum! Please read this thread. You may have damaged a relay module. https://600riders.com/threads/04-fz6-no-crank.60462/

    04 FZ6 No Crank

Try to apply power to the fuel pump as I mentioned before and see if it'll start. Doing this will bypass the starter interrupt-cut-off relay assembly. If the bike starts the starter interrupt-cut-off relay assembly is likely damaged. If it is damaged, I looked up the relay assembly for the 04...

    04 FZ6 No Crank

If the key was in the on position and the bike was in neutral, was the neutral light on? If the neutral safety light was on, you can run a jumper from the positive lead on the battery to the red with blue tracer wire at the fuel pump. Be careful when making a jumper and preferably fuse the...

    Pops and bags misfire 4000-6000rpm

Do you see a drop in pressure when you try to rev the engine? The output must sustain the pressure when the engine is using the fuel. If you see a big pressure drop the pump can not provide the volume of fuel needed. What is the history on the fuel pump?

    Pops and bags misfire 4000-6000rpm

If I remember correctly it was 36 psi or 2.48 bar. Keep in mind that as you rev the motor where more fuel needs to be delivered, you may see a drop in pressure if the volume of fuel can not be delivered. So at idle it may 2.48 bar but won't keep the proper pressure if there there is an issue...

    04 FZ6 No Crank

On top of your battery is the main starter relay. There is a blue with white tracer colored wire on that relay. Turn the key to on, make sure the bike is in neutral. Jump that blue with white tracer wire to any where you can get a ground. The battery negative connector is a good ground. Does the...

I sounds like your not delivering enough fuel volume. Great that you're seeing a difference now.

    Pops and bags misfire 4000-6000rpm

I'm a little confused... The video you just posted looks like you have poor fuel delivery. I thought we were trouble shooting fuel system voltage problem. Now it seems you have lack of fuel delivery. The fuel pump or filter could be clogged or you could have low voltage to the fuel pump. You...

    Pops and bags misfire 4000-6000rpm

Lol! I just told my wife it's late and cold where you are. Check to see if one of your fuses is blown. If the fuses are good you may have a bad relay assembly. (not expensive) but keep us in the loop. :)

    Pops and bags misfire 4000-6000rpm

Your TPS sounds like its okay with those numbers. Getting back to applying 12 vdc to your fuel pump. Does the bike run when you supply voltage to the fuel pump directly but then engine stops when the car voltage is removed? You should check your fuses because one of the fuses supplies voltage to...
