This maybe obvious... but let all the air out of the tires? Nobody is going to ride your bike away if the tires are flat. And if they really want to steal your bike, they'd just lift it and put it in the back of a truck anyway. Chains, disc locks, etc. won't help with that regardless.

I have those exact same ones. I bought some fork brackets from Twisted Throttle to go along with them. Mine are mounted to the fork using the stock Philips head screw/bolt that attaches the front fender to the fork. You can see them taped up in this picture here from my first track day...

I'm grandfathered in on my Unlimited Data plan with AT&T as well on my iPhone, and you would think that logically since I already have unlimited data, tethering shouldn't cost anymore! There are times I really wish I could tether because sometimes LTE at my house works better than my TWC internet.
