brackets for the speedo are pretty easy... a couple of U-bolts and a peice of 1/8 inch steal with some bends in it and holes drilled. Cake walk! With my bros we went with the K.I.S.S. method(keep it simple stupid) and just made a braket to mount to one bar clamp and tightened it down and just...

Even a Yamaha dealer is going to have trouble with that one. I am one... Nesco/Nesco South. I've checked into this intensively and came up with nothing promising. It's pretty much because yamaha dealers don't have access to Euro-fiche. So unless anyone one here is already in Europe and can...

truth, but in slow corners... ie city intersections and what not there will be fork movement so it'd help then. The long and short of it is to do the Euro swap, it's just not financially feasable to do it. Unless you've got some serious cash lying around that you need to throw out the...

Cornering is better since your light goes where you're front tire is pointed. If your front tires going that way that's the way you're going anyway, right?

We did the Cyclopse at first too... but thought the lighting was piss poor. The Diamond Acerbis is a much brighter headlight. And if you go to Lowes or any place like that, buy a peice of 1/8 inch flat strap steel, make a bracket to mount the tur signals and speedo and buy any bar mount...

FZ6 wheelie truth or really myth

take your front fairing off and power wheelie. Crank your throttle to get the front end started upward, then roll off and feather it back on to level it out.

I think the whole thing came to about $150 or so. It really wasn't bad. Those lights are pretty darn bright. I was ahead of it on my GS and was getting glared like crazy. He says he can see no prob at night. I havn't driven it in the dark yet so I don't know, but I do know that with the...

Do You Like To Ride With Others?

only when the people I'm riding with aren't jack-offs. I hate riding with show offs who wheelie every 60 ft or so cause when they go down in the front of the pack it dominos to the people in the back and they all fall down.

FighterZ6... turn signals aren't on yet, one wiring harness needs to be moved and we need to relocate the horn cause it looks stupid right there bt it's pretty close to done.

There's not alot, the headlight and all the brackets w/ the turn signals on them and a new speedo mount... and the prices aren't bad on them, it's when you get to the bringing it into the US that it gets ****ty. First, the part numbers are incredibly hard to get for them due to the fact that...

I find that extemely unfair... dealers are NOT out to get you for no reason. We're just trying to live... and you get what you pay for. Certified techs or back yard Bob, genuin Yamaha or knock of cheapies... ect.

I'm a yamaha dealer so I've checked into the Euro naked set up... not worth the $$ to get it here. We're goin with the Acerbis Cyclops headlight and a short stalk turn signal that I'm making a bracket for along with the speedo. I think the hardest part is going to be hiding all the wires after...

Has anyone gone naked/street fighter who could lend some advice as to the best way to go about it... i.e. headlight, mirrors ect. My bro is trying to get rid of his fairing and build a street fighter out of his FZ6. He's got headlights on an Acerbis front end... still not sure how to get the...
