What does your temp gauge read while idling on an 85+ day? Mine gets up to 214F. Once I get moving it drops to 175-185. Should I be concerned?

So far my "favorite" (most used) is 3rd. I seem to spend most of my time in this gear just cruising around town.

Does this count? I am away from my bike and can't take a newer picture (although this picture is from 3/28/12).

Dang, I live in the wrong Dover. sounds like a cool group of people who I could learn a lot from. I'm a total noob at the bike scene (just bought my first bike saturday), but want to learn as much as possible.

$4,000 for a 2008 with 2,700 miles. Stock for inspection purposes, but also included a cover, a taillight with integrated turn signals, and shorter LED turn signals for the front.

If I do get it changed we could work something out. I drive to Fairfax, VA every other weekend to pick up my daughter.

My bad, I meant to post this as well "Its an 08 with 2700 miles on it." For personal reasons I am going to have the chain replaced (a friends chain broke on the highway). The tires still have plenty of tread left on them.

Just bought a bike last weekend from a private owner. I plan on getting it serviced this weekend. Other than oil change and other fluids, what else should I have checked out?
