Welcome to you too swerve.Yep,the track is on my doorstep,but unfortunately I don't think they would go for an unscheduled track day.Would be nice though,an fz6 day:)

I was racing motocross(track),there are trails here,but obviously nothing like you have in the US.

HavBlue I don't think I'll ever stop riding in the dirt,I'm racing tomorrow and I think I always will for as long as I physically can.But I'm loving riding the street,two totally different riding styles-and I test rode an r1 earlier...it would look so nice in the garage next to the fz6.Just wish...

How is your clutch acting up?For example,does it creep forward when you have the clutch in?Also,do you have tranny probs with gears 2 thru 6?

Im new to riding on the road (only 1 month) so I don't have all (if any) of the answers,but I have raced off road most my life and 1 way of sorting a stiff clutch is to replace the clutch springs.Don't know if springs from another bike ie fz1 would sort it or if there's an aftermarket company...
