The Silocone washers create some wiggle, the slim washer will have very slight wiggle, which is normal, but if you mount them without the silicone washers, there should be no wiggle.

I dont think this would be possible, the headlight only has up and down adjustments... Thats actually why i went with the Mini H1 kit, it has a bigger projector lens, so the light beam is much wider. check out this photo of the zx6r with two mini H1 projectors:

the FZ6 has 1 H4 and 1 H7 plug correct? if so, you dont need to do any wiring, you can simply plug the kit into the H4 plug and it will use those signals to light up both projectors high and low beam.
