I only used it for about 5 minutes. ;) I actually bought it used to try lowering the bike so I can flat foot it. It did lower it a little. Maybe 3/4 inch or so, but not enough for me. I ended up trading the bike for something else so I have no use for it anymore. It's used, but it's in good...
