IMHO no retune is necessary 'cause all it really does in make the intake louder. At least a .00015 perceived HP.:BLAA:

Go down hard and wake up to engine turning about 8k, tire burning a hole in my leg. This happened on TTR230 offroad.

Emergency engine stop only for me. I don't use it. Wouldn't drive without it though.

Mine still smells like burning pine after a long hard ride. It is a pretty distinct smell. Maybe there is a bit of wood left inside the exaust during manufacture or assembly. I have seen other threads on this also.

Try sync'ing at 4000 rpm and see how it rides.
