I've just fitted an Ohlins shock to the rear and now want to upgrade the front forks and am thinking of putting in heavier springs,either racetech or ohlins. But I'm not sure what spring rate would suit me,I weigh 150 (75 kgs). The bike is for the track only.Any suggestions?

I bought a statutory write off from the auctions to use as a track bike have found out why it was a stat write off,the frame is cracked where the triple clamp sits,funny cause the rest of the bike has very little damage.I guess I should have had a closer look,anyway if I can get a frame I'll...
