Waking up a sleeping thread... My 09 S2 has 35k miles on it. Runs like clockwork & is used daily as a commuter + weekend toy. Had service/valve check in Apr 18 & EVERYTHING in spec! Bought it Oct 17 with 27k on it.

UK-based here. Bought the bike pretty much OEM (other than Micron pipes). I love the "looks plain but something custom is brewing underneath" style. Mods: Belly pan, Renthal red low bars (with bar brace & foam pad), bar end mirrors, aftermarket screen, de-stickered all the hideous factory...

Oxford bar end mirrors. I filter (a lot) & I've never hit car/truck mirrors with these on. Clipped more than twice with lollipop mirrors...oops :spank:

Hey! FZ6 rider checking in...but from the UK! Picked up a 2009 FZ6 S2 (98hp version) yesterday. Having ridden v-twins & big singles previously this bike is a revelation, combined with the Microns it sounds perfect. Anyway here is the Fizzy Fazer & hope to get chatting.
