    Just got a 2009 FZ6

    Loosen up the throttle cable just a bit so there is more freeplay (this helps a little) or go to some aftermarket grips with a different throttle cam profile (helps a lot). And you can always go higher on your final gearing... Congratulations on the new ride!!!

    What is your helmet color?

    AFX FX-39 in 'NOTICE ME' yellow. It's a carryover from my dualsport and kinda noisy; but it fits a pair of goggles and does not block my peripheral vision at all. I have a Shoei Qwest square in my sights, however! ;)
