4mm Allen Key - Trim screws
Phillips screw driver - Removing the original visors
10mm Ring spanner or socket - Mirror removal
T25 Torx screw driver or driver bit - New Knuckle Visor screws
So lets start
Remove the four large 4mm domed cap head bolts on the side fairings...
