Good luck. That's what I would suggest too. I've used "Scratch Out" from Kit several times on everything from plastic headlight covers to to clear coat blemishes with good results. Let us know how it goes.

Man! Sorry to hear that. I used Goo Gone on mine (sounds like the same way you did) with no problem. Is it duller just where the sticker was or everywhere the Goo Gone touched?

It comes with a small bottle of solvent to get the glue off the surface or off the post. When it "pops", the glue will stick to either the post's foot, or to the paint (it happened both ways for me). How hard it is to get off depends on how clean the surface was. If it doesn't peel right off...

Mirrors have vibrated on evey bike I've ever had. I think the FZ6's are pretty stable by comparison. Just one of the differences between riding and driving. Two brakes, put your feet down when you stop, and blurry images in the mirrors...all part of the fun.
