By the way, going back to an older reply...just because you have air being pulled in from an intake stroke, doesn't mean you're getting the same amount of oxygen...only same amount of volume, which can fluxuate with air density. Going back to page one of super-chargers/turbos...air density...

if nothing else, the engine looks at amount of fuel and rpm.s for ****s sake.

that's cool. i hope to get it spot welded eventually but i dont know if mig/tig welding it is a good idea (dont want to fry the computer). i'm going to see if i can oxy/ace weld mine at work.

last time i checked, air density changes with temperature and humidity...if you think our engines can't handle that, then you should go back to carbed crap.

So you only have springs holding your mufflers...not a good idea. I got hit with a bmw today...first thing i checked was to see of they were on and i put the ugly bracket on it.

all you can do is get cost. performance is non-existent or slight (compared to riding skills and the bikes potential). If you want a cheap mod to help, airbox mod. other than that, you gotta hear it in person and really like it. i've heard a few in person and not really impressed much...but...

do a search on youtube for m4 and fz6. the guy who has it also has a stock sound so you can hear the difference in the same acquistics.

There's better bikes to start with. There's also worse (any gsxr, r6, any liter bike, ect). If you want to buy one to be a good rider, start off with a ninja 500/250 or equivalent. If you want to ride one just to commute or cruise, the FZ6 should be fine. If you've ridden motorized dirt...
