I only have the harness left. Speedometers all work with the right harness and brackets.

Some points from the mod thread: R6 forks are 5mm longer but springs are much stiffer so you need 5+5mm of drop. Sportrider also recommends 10mm drop but then their settings are a bit hard. Try 5mm and see otherwise increase 2 mm everytime.

New pads will be good. Everyone usually does the pads, and SS lines mod with the R6 forks. I will let you know about the fender tabs today.

Check the consolidated doc I have posted. 12mm recommended to compensate for ride height and better turn in.

I checked the spark plugs and the exhaust. No soot in the exhaust and sparkies were nice brown. Good enough reading to know engine was running right.

Left the PC3 as it is. I am sure dyno time will help but there is so little to gain on this bike compared to the FZ1 so spending $350 on a dyno to get 2-3bhp is not for me.

I did the airbox mod on my FZ1 and used the same logic for the FZ6. I took as much area as possible without affecting the mounting points and the foam pads. At FZ1 forums we have found that open the airbox as much as possible. Give the bike as much air as possible. Dyno proven.

I don't have dyno numbers but have butt numbers and they agree :D But I think I lost a little mpg but have great throttle response in return and ofcourse intake growl.

I may have the fender tabs. I will see if I can find them.

Opening the airbox helps smoothening the throttle response as the stock snorkel really chokes the bike. It also reduces the engine braking a bit as a result - maybe good or bad for some.

That price is going to be another Fazer sales disaster compared to cheaper competitors. I can very well see the FZ8 being bought as new leftovers 2-3 years down the line. Yamaha failed on the pricing big time (also the curb weight) by going for the FZ1 components thereby needing it to price...
