I put mine on the mirror if I am going to be right back, and it is in sight. If I am going to be a while or in a bad part of town, I take it with me.

+1 for me. I had my bike for a few months before I got my license.

I have a pool table in my garage, and when I am working on the bike, I have the laptop out on the pool table with the forum up. Doesn't Everyone? Never know when you will need some help.

Do you have your key code? If so, I think you can order a new one off of the internet. I got a blank from my dealer, and had them cut it for me, but I had the original key. He told me that he could cut the new key off of the original key or with the key code.

+1 What they all said I really like that the FZ is not as narrow as the 650r. To me it feels more stable, and I do not feel like I am riding a scooter or something. The 650r was on my short list, but when I sat on the different bikes, the FZ just seemed to fit me better, and feel more solid.

I guess mine would be the Flame Sliders...Not Frame Sliders, but Flame Sliders. I have not seen another bike with them. I guess the sliders and a 6'-7" "Lurch" riding it. That is definitely not common.

It has not for me yet, and I do not see it happening any time soon :D. Congrats on the ride. Oh, and the scorpion exhaust does the same thing for me as well. Sounds Great!!!!
