These are my pets: The Lab "Duke" is now 13.5 years old. The Yorkie "Zoe" is 1.5 years old. We also have a mutt called "Belle", but I do not have any pics of her at work.

I have noticed mine is heating up. Now that it is getting in the 80's around here, it gets warm while sitting in traffic and commuting home. I was thinking about the exhaust wrap, but I am not sure the amount of heat that I am experiencing is worth the effort to wrap the exhaust. We will see...

My 10 year old Daughter loves to ride with me. I take her to softball practice, and around town with me every now an then. She has a helmet, gloves, and a Jacket. I also make her wear jeans and her hiking boots. She wants to ride more, but I am still not sure she for that matter I am ready...

I wear the leather jacket up to the low 80's, then I have a Scorpion Hat trick jacket that is a Textile jacket that I wear from 80 and up. It works pretty well at letting air in. However, like previously posted the key is to keep moving.

+1 I think it would go through like butter. I would think that the bullet being so compact, would not allow the helmet to disperse the energy as it does in a hit on the pavement or something. Think of hitting the helmet with an ice pick, and a baseball bat.

Mine has been down, but not by me. The previous owner it appears dropped it on both sides, or stuff got knocked into it nevertheless.

Could you not just use some of your chain lube instead of WD-40? I always have it on hand, where sometimes I do not have anything else. Just curious. Thoughts? If there are not any issues with using the chain lube, I might use it to lube the bike. Sorry to :hijack:, but it was brought up.

Any Temp above 50 with no rain is ideal. It was 54 this morning on the way in, and sunny. It was wonderful. Made me think about playing hooky from work, but I was a good employee :D. However, I will ride down to the mid 30's as long as it is not raining. I just have to wear more clothes.
